Engineered plans and a concrete foundation (not included with purchase or installation of building) are required with these type of buildings. Additional charges may apply if engineer makes any modifications to structure to meet city/county requirements. Requires a 50% deposit at time of order. Delivery fee is applicable (ask dealer). Land must be leveled before installation (not included with purchase or installation of building).
Note: A telescopic style forklift (provided by customer) will be required on site for all free span buildings. Construction will not start without it.

PLEASE BE AWARE A 15ft CLEARANCE IS TO BE AROUND ENTIRE BUILDING WHEN A FORKLIFT IS NEEDED.
IF ORDERING A GARAGE DOOR, BUILDING HEIGHT MUST BE ONE FOOT TALLER THAN GARAGE DOOR. IF ORDERING TWO GARAGE DOORS ON THE SAME END, BUILDING HEIGHT MUST BE TWO FEET TALLER THAN GARAGE DOOR.
