Our factories use the same traditional construction techniques and philosophies handed down from generation to generation among the many Amish and Mennonite communities. FREE DELIVERY AND EASY SETUP
No site preparation necessary. If site is accessible with truck and trailer and site is no more than 3 feet out of level.
FREE SETUP includes leveling, starting with one corner at ground level, up to 3ft with customer supplied concrete blocks and driver supplied pressure treated shims. Drivers can supply concrete blocks for $3.50 each. Ground work is not included or provided by our delivery drivers.

Beyond FREE Delivery Area
Trips over 30 miles are subject to a $3.00/mile (8ft & 10ft wide), $3.50/mile (12ft wide), $4.50/mile (14ft & 16ft wide) charge one way.
Additional trips may also incur charges to the customer.
BUILD ON-SITE
Is trees, fencing, or landscaping preventing delivery of a pre-built shed? We can still get your shed where you want by building it on site. Our experienced builder will come to your location for an additional 10% of the cost of the shed and build it on site for you. Contact us for a FREE Site Evaluation, within Cache Valley, to make sure we are not missing an opportunity to deliver a built shed.
Old Hickory Sheds cannot paint or water seal on site buildings for liability reasons. A down payment of 50% is due at time of order and balance will be collected by builder at time of delivery. Rent to Own is not available to use when building on site.
ACCEPTED PAYMENTS
Accepted Payments for Sheds
Payments are made out to Old Hickory Sheds when paying the full purchase price. Cash, personal check, cashier’s check, and money orders are accepted. Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) are accepted with an additional 3% service fee.
Rent to Own
The first payment is payable to Old Hickory Sheds when using the Rent to Own purchase option. Cash, personal check, cashier’s check, and money orders are accepted. Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) are accepted with no additional fee when paying the required minimum payment. All remaining payments are processed with the rental company, Salem Building Rentals.
Accepted Payments for Metal Buildings
The 10% deposit down payment is made out to Cache Valley Sheds. Metal building down payment includes a 3.5% discount offered for payments made with cash or check. Credit/Debit card payments are not eligible for the discounted price and will be priced 3.5% higher.
Terms & Conditions
Old Hickory Sheds, LLC and its associates are not responsible for permits, snow/wind load requirements, covenant searches, restrictions, setbacks, yard damage, or underground damage. Customer is responsible for compliance with any such requirements and it is the customer’s responsibility to decide if ground conditions are unsuitable for delivery. Please contact your local Building Inspector and/or Homeowner’s Association for information on requirements and restrictions. Free setup includes levelling the building, starting with one corner at ground level and raising it up to a maximum of 3 feet. If levelling requires 1 foot or less, pressure treated wood may be used. Otherwise, customers may supply concrete blocks which are placed on top of the ground, or we can supply concrete blocks for $3.50 each. In very rare cases, underground footers may be required by local building codes. Old Hickory Sheds does not offer digging or footer services and these are not included in free set up, however, we can work with the customer or contractor when required for an additional cost. Free Delivery covers one trip up to 30 miles one way. Trips over 30 miles are subject to a $3.50/mile (8ft, & 10ft wide) or $4.00/mile (12ft wide) or $5.00/mile (14ft & 16ft wide) charge one way. The customer will be responsible for the mileage charge as well as the cost of any additional trips. *A Non-Refundable Fee will be charged on Cancellations or Revisions of Custom Orders as follows: 10% on Cash sales of 8ft, 10ft & 12ft wide buildings, 20% on Cash Sales of 14ft & 16ft wide buildings; or any other action, is required to enforce the terms of this agreement, customer agrees to pay Old Hickory’s costs including but not limited to, attorney’s fees and court costs. Old Hickory has the right to refuse any sale up until the time when the building is set up at customer’s location. Drivers do not take credit cards. All balances due must be paid by cash or check on delivery. Balance due paid by credit card must be paid prior to delivery. Credit card price is 3% higher than discounted cash price listed. In the event building is not paid for before or on delivery, driver will not leave building and additional trip charges will be incurred. In the event that delivery has not been made within 90 days, cash customers must pay balance due, rental customers must pay the rent due. Discounted buildings do not carry a warranty on cosmetic issues – see written warranty on our website.
