Pricing for Metal Buildings

There are many factors to consider when purchasing a metal building that also include how you want the building to be set up. Because of this, we find it inefficient to list pricing directly on this webpage. Contact us today or fill out the form below for a free estimate or to ask us any questions you may have concerning our premium metal buildings.

Our Metal Buildings

The customer is responsible for the preparatory requirements for the foundation of their metal building. This may include grading and leveling the ground, pouring concrete, as well as providing a telescopic style forklift, for specific buildings, on site for the duration of the installation. Engineer plans are required for permits and concrete specifications. Calculations are not included with engineer plans and are an extra cost. You will be made aware of any special considerations that your building will require to meet local building codes. These costs are in addition to any bids or pricing received. Buildings must be built using engineer plans to be a certified building. All buildings not built with engineer plans will be uncertified. Permits are to be worked out and acquired by the property owner. Please thoroughly review our Metal Building Buyer Information Page and feel free to contact us with any questions you may have concerning a metal building purchase.

Pricing Considerations for Metal Carports and RV Covers

Metal carports, RV covers, hay sheds, and equipment storage come in two distinct styles: Regular and A-Frame. Regular style metal carports will have a horizontal roof, while A-Frame style can have either the horizontal roof or the vertical roof. A vertical roof is considered an upgrade that is worth the minimal cost for the added benefits and peace of mind. We recommend an A-Frame style building with a vertical roof upgrade for all buildings. Structurally they are stronger and can handle winter conditions better than a Regular style. Carports start as small as 12’ x 20’ x 6’ and can be as large as 30′ X 50′. Engineer plans are required for permits and concrete specifications. Calculations are not included with engineer plans and are an extra cost. Additional charges may apply if the engineer makes any modifications to the structure to meet your local city or county building code requirements.

Carports can also include an enclosed storage area. We call this a utility carport, which essentially combines your storage shed and your carport into one building. The carport sides can be open or partially closed. With such a wide array of options, sizes, heights, and materials, all metal building pricing provided is standard pricing with upgrades listed separately. Pricing Considerations for Fully Enclosed Garages

Fully enclosed garages are available in a rounded regular style with a horizontal roof, or in an A-Frame style with either a horizontal or vertical roof. The vertical roof requires additional materials, is stronger and more leak resistant, and is considered an upgrade. An A-frame style building with a vertical roof is what we recommend for all buildings. Many sizes, colors, and options are available for a fully enclosed garage, including multiple roll up doors (drive in doors), man doors (walk in doors), and windows. Engineer plans are required for permits and concrete specifications. Calculations are not included with engineer plans and are an extra cost. Additional charges may apply if the engineer makes any modifications to the structure to meet your local city or county building code requirements. Pricing Considerations for Free Span Buildings

Free Span Buildings are traditionally used to cover large equipment, protect agricultural products from the elements, or as a shop or small warehouse. These metal structures start at a 32’ x 30’ size. Wall heights start at 6’ tall and go up to 18’ tall. Concrete foundations are not included with purchase or installation of a metal free span building, but are required with these types of storage buildings. Engineer plans are required for permits and concrete specifications. Calculations are not included with engineer plans and are an extra cost. Additional charges may apply if the engineer makes any modifications to the structure to meet your local city or county building code requirements. The land also must be leveled and concrete poured prior to delivery and installation. A telescopic style forklift will be required on site for all free span buildings. This is to be provided by the customer. Complete the following form for a bid on a metal free span building.
