Rent to Own this shed for a Monthly payment of $182.81 for 60 months. No credit checks and payoff anytime with no fees or penalties. A small Security Deposit of $100 plus your first month’s rent and we’ll set up a shed at your location. Your security deposit will be applied to your final payment.
90 DAYS Same As Cash on Rent to Own if you decide to pay off the building within 90 days, we will waive the entire cost of lease services. You will make monthly payments on the rent to own during the first 90 days from day of delivery. Pay off the remaining balance 90 days from day of delivery and you will pay only the cash price, plus tax, for the building. The security deposit will be applied when the full purchase price is paid. Day of delivery is included in the 90 day time frame. Deliveries that are delayed beyond our normal time frames, the 90 days will start with the date of order.
FREE Delivery Areas: Cache Valley, Avon to Preston, Willard to Plymouth, and parts of Bear Lake. (We will delivery outside those areas too — just ask?)
