Deluxe Playhouse Package does not include price of shed. Building must include a porch to get package price. Installed on 12ft, 14ft and 16ft wide sheds.
Includes 9 lite window door, porch, porch railing (porch railing is 3 sections that are approx. 4ft each), four posts, and five 2×3 windows. The Utility Style Deluxe Playhouse Package will also include 8ft walls. The Lofted Barn Style Deluxe Playhouse Package can be upgraded with a 7ft wall for $100. Minimum size is 12×24. Package price does not include wooden barn doors. Wooden barn doors and other options can be included as an upgrade.
Total length of building includes porch.
